He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Johnson and Mary Lee Price Johnson; his wife Mary Lee Johnson; his daughter Pat Brown; and his great grandchild Bart Triplett.
He is survived by: his children, Truman E. Johnson, II (Janet) of Atlanta, Fred L. Johnson (Tammi) of Livermore and Doris Armes of Livermore. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-granddaughters.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel (212 E Broadway, Livermore, KY 42352). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Woodwards Valley Baptist Church (17150 KY-136, Livermore, KY 42352). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at the Woodwards Valley Cemetery.
