He was predeceased by : his mother Rhea Edna Head (Smith); and his former life partner Mary Anna Head. He is survived by : his wife Dolores Hartman Head; his children, Richard Head (Brenda) of Paris, KY, Mack Head (Dianne) of Versailles, KY, Arlita Linville (Cecil) of Carlisle, KY, Lisa Haner (Henry) of Cairo, KY and Wendy McPherson (Terry) of Henderson, KY; his siblings, Mary Lee Heater of Hodgenville, KY, Betty Stewart of Baton Rouge, LA and Walter Head of Owensboro, KY; his grandsons, Andrew (Kelly) and Zachary Hays of Seattle, WA; and his caregivers, Isaac McPherson of Henderson, KY, Olivia McPherson of Henderson, KY, Julie Haner-Wolfe (Wayne) of Henderson, KY and Jaime Winkler (Zack) of Philpot, KY.. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
