With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rebecca Singleton of Livingston, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 7, 2025 at the age of 74. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Joseph and Sally Nicely Overbay; her husband Richard Clayton Singleton; and her brother Sheridan Ray Overbay. She is survived by: her children, Robert Singleton (Crystal), Elizabeth Scalf (James) and Victoria Tincher (David); her siblings, Randy Overbay, Linda Crowe (Shelton) and Beverly Alexander (Donald); her grandchildren, Brandy Bowman, Matthew Tincher and Faith Tincher; and her great grandchildren, Lillie, Tucker, Mollie, Raelynn, Jensen and Abby Jane.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Red Hill Union Baptist Church (4184 Red Hill Rd, Livingston, KY 40445).
