She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Fredrick Johnson and Alberta Adkins Johnson. She is survived by: her husband William Henry Burgess; her children, Timothy Dean Burgess (Lisa), James Luther Burgess, Mark Aaron Burgess (Crystal) and Tara Lea Burgess Suttles (Jamie); and her grandchildren, Andy Burgess (Jen), Bobby Burgess (Devon), Katie Ching (Andrew), William Burgess (Maria), Lorel Burgess, Olivia Wolf (Jack), Caleb Burgess, Seth Burgess (Liz), Jammie Lea Adams (Donnie), James Suttles (Bethany), Jonah Suttles (Lindsey), Jessica Suttles, Shelby Hamm (Riley), Ashley Burgess, Maggie Burgess and Aaron Burgess. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brick Union Church Cemetery. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Lloyd First Baptist Church (87 Church St, Lloyd, KY 41144).
