He is survived by: his wife Sara; his sons, Jack and Gage; his mother Lettie Gullett; his siblings, Forest Gullett (Tina), Chrissy Gullett and Cindy Melvin (Mike); his mother-in-law Connie Madden; and his siblings-in-law, Jeff and Jess Lewis.
