Denver Lee Allen Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Denver Lee Allen of Lloyd, Kentucky, who passed away on June 23, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Denver had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Denver may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wornie Allen and Magdalene Prater Allen. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Clay Allen; his brother David Allen (Anna) of Lloyd, KY; his nephew Leslie "Les" Allen of Lloyd, KY; and his great-nephew Waylon Allen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Brick Union Cemetery.
