She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Richard and Dolly Bellomy Mullins; her husband John Paul Hensley II; and her brothers, William Mullins, Warren Mullins and Arlie Mullins.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Dawn Clark (Dusty) of Flatwoods, Robert Kevin Black (Carrie) of Load and Kimberly Renee Houston (Ryan) of Argillite; her grandchildren, Ethan Matthews, Kelsey Matthews, Kyle Rickman, Caleb Black, Hunter Houston and Allie Houston; her great grandchildren, Eliza Matthews and Athena Matthews; and her brothers, Raymond Mullins (Kelly) of Burnaugh, KY, Thomas Mullins of Ashland and Allen Mullins of Ashland. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
