He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Marshall and Ivory Morris Marshall; his wife Kathryn Slone Marshall; and his siblings, Edward Marshall, Estill Marshall, Lewis "Jack" Marshall, Everett Marshall, Cratis Marshall, Ersie Marshall and Louise Zornes.
He is survived by: his son Willie Lee Marshall of Ashland; and his siblings, Curtis Marshall, Mary Holbert, Inez Oliver and Annalee Jones. He is also survived by two grandchildren along with a multitude of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wright's Funeral Home (1017 E Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
