She was predeceased by: her mothers, Elsie Richards Tackett and Mae Sizemore; her husband Kenneth Skeens; her son Barry Skeens; her siblings, Walter Tackett of Boston, Alvin Tackett of Lucasville, Larry Tackett (Buck) of Load and Anna Mae Miller of Scioto County; and her daughter-in-law Dana Skeens of Load.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Skeens (Connie) of Load Kentucky, Danny Skeens (Carla) of Load Kentucky, Terry Skeens of Load Kentucky and Melissa Brown (Erik) of Load Kentucky. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 1 great, great grandchild.
