It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alma Parsons (London, Kentucky), born in Red Bird, Kentucky, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Burton and Cornelia Ledford (Collette). She is survived by : her children, Harvey Parsons (Freda Lynn) of Somerset, Barry Parsons of Hurricane, Jill Parsons of London, Kentucky and Eric Parsons of London, Kentucky; her siblings, Judy Holcomb of London, Kentucky., Katherine Joseph of London, Kentucky., Jane Elmore of London, Kentucky., Estill Ledford of London, Kentucky., Artie Ledford of London, Kentucky. and Cindy Brown of London, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Wade Parsons, David Parsons, McKenzie Hays, Casey Helton, Jacob Lawson, Joey Parsons and Jarrod Harrington.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the London Funeral Home (879 S Main St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at the McDaniel Cemetery.
