He is survived by: his children, Steve Burdine of Highland Heights, Kentucky, Rick Burdine of Hebron, Kentucky, Kimberly VanHook of Loveland, Ohio, Melissa McClure (Larry) of Evans and Angie Cowart (Larry) of Tyler Texas; his brother Billy Ray Burdine of London, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Steven Burdine, Ashley Burdine, Brett Burdine, Catherine Burdine, Carson Burdine, Timothy Burdine, Justin Walters, Jacob Burdine, Jordan Burdine, Zachary Burdine, Eric VanHook, Bryce Gibson, Emma Gibson, Justin Burdine, Haleigh Furrh, Heidi Furrh and Hannah Furrh; and his great grandchildren, Tristan, Olivia, Levi, Hank, Anakin, Paisley, Remington, Ruemour, Ramsie, Dietz, Tristen, Wyatt Shane and Alohna. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
