He is survived by: his siblings, Letha Thompson, Brenda Hall of London, Kentucky, Ricky Thompson of Manchester and Lonnie Thompson of Covington, Kentucky; his niece Tara Sandlin; and his aunts, Catherine Eastwood of Sevierville and Lois Smith of London, Kentucky.. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
