He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Laws Sr. and Imogene Dolly Brandenburg Laws; his siblings, Eddie Halcomb and Sandy Croucher; his niece Carrie Overbay; his nephew Jackie Croucher; and his parents-in-law, Fred Brummett and Elizabeth Brummett.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Charlene Brummett Laws; his children, Bobby Laws III (Whitney) of London, KY, Daniel Laws of London, KY and Christy Laws of Barbourville, KY; his sister Kimberly Leavell; and his grandchildren, Bradley Laws, Conner Laws, Brooklyn Robinson, Dax Laws, Cierra Laws, Gavin Browning and Mason Hatton.
