He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jay and Jamie Bishop; his grandparents, Willard, Nancy Robinson, Cal and Marietta Bishop; and his parents-in-law, Betty Marcum and Old Man Marcum.
He is survived by: his wife Angie Adams Bishop; his parents, Thomas Bishop and Shirl Robinson Bishop; his son Carter Thomas Bishop of London, KY; his sister Candace Ryan Gregory (Jason) of London, KY; his nephew Conner Nathaniel Gregory; his niece Megan Lasha Gregory; and his father-in-law Paul Adams (Debbie Stewart). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, close friends.
