He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Adkins; his wife Deborah Adkins; his daughters, April Frakes (Robert), Summer Wong Chong, Autumn Wong Chong and Raine Wong Chong; his grandchildren, Dylan Sorrell, Grace Lemmert, Gretchen Wren (Jayden) and Ryan Frakes; and his great grandchild Peyton Sorrell. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Catch-A-Dream Foundation, an organization that provides once-in-a-lifetime hunting and fishing experiences to children with life-threatening illnesses.
