It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cliff Powell of London, Kentucky, who passed away on May 29, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Gail Mills Powell; his parents, Jess Powell and Hattie Smith Powell; his siblings, Morgan Powell, Troy Smith, Anna Sue Smith, Ima Jean Foley, Marie Donnelly and Bertha Rose; and his close friend David "Bird" Fredrick.
He is survived by: his children, Carrie Powell of London, KY, Clifton Shane Powell of London, KY and Clyde Mills of London, KY; his sister Lois Jones of Barbourville, KY; his grandchildren, Dawson Taylor, Brody Taylor, Mason Taylor, Sadie Taylor and Harper Taylor; and his pet Spanky.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the House-Rawlings Funeral Home (510 E 4th St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
