He is survived by: his parents, Gary Grigsby and Dema Campbell Wooton (Paul) of London, Kentucky.; his sister Brandi Slate (Jeff) of Corbin; and his nephews, Brayden Ray and Oliver Avery Wayne "Ollie Bug" Slate.
