With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Debra Kay Moore of London, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 6, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Creech and Juanita Hubbard Creech. She is survived by: her husband Ray Moore of London; her sons, Jason Ray Moore (Samantha) and Jeremiah Lee Moore (Maddie); her siblings, Harold Creech (Pam) of Norwood, Anna Moore (late Roy) of London and Sue Stacy (Carl) of London; and her grandchildren, Kylie Creech, Emma Moore, Luke Moore, Levi Moore and Kennedy Moore.

In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
