He is survived by: his wife Dixie Jean Miller; his children, Karen Burns (Brett) of London, KY and Kelley Reams (Tim) of London, KY; his grandchildren, Brandon Phelps (Bri), Blake Phelps (Janna), Joslyn Bernhold, Madison Patterson (Colby) and Jacob Burns; his great grandchildren, Braylen Phelps, Marley, Rheá Wilson, Emmaline Patterson and Bailey Phelps; his cousin Charlie Hedrick; and his niece Judy Kiester of Idaho.
