He is survived by: his sons, James Douglas Benge (Jaime Nicolle Benge) of London, KY and Christopher Houston Benge of Lexington, KY; his brother Jeff Benge (Beulah) of London, KY; and the mother of his children Kimberly Benge. He is also survived by his family, friends.
