Edward Wayne Huckleby Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2025, at the age of 75, Edward Wayne Huckleby of London, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers-in-law, Gary Lee Abbott and Roy Abbott. He is survived by: his wife Barbara of London; his daughters, April Wilson (Terrill) of London and Lori Hammack (Jason) of London; his grandsons, Logan Watkins (Hannah), Connor Wilson, Brody Hammack and Tyler Wilson; his great grandchildren, Brysen, Baylor and Hudson; his brothers, James Huckleby (Kathy) and Robert Huckleby (Marcella); and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Abbott (Janet), Charlie Abbott (Jeanne) and Bob Rose (Terri). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, his church family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Anderson Laws and Jones Funeral Home (114 S 3rd St, Harlan, KY 40831). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Resthaven Cemetery (3000 State Hwy 840, Baxter, KY 40806).
Pallbearers will be Matthew Huckleby, Aaron Huckleby, Stephen Huckleby, Chuck Abbott, Logan Watkins, Connor Wilson, Brody Hammack and Collin Huckleby, In lieu of the flowers the family suggest memorials to The National Children's Cancer Society at https://share.google. in memory of Eddie.
