He is survived by: his daughters, Annie Spencer of London, KY, Ruby Hale (Austin) of Williamsburg, KY and Roseann Spencer (Austin Doney) of Corbin, KY; his siblings, Rose Ann Colwell of London, KY and Herbert Spencer (Beverly) of Corbin, KY; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne Hale and James Doney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
