He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert O. Binder and Ethel Jones Binder; and his siblings, Virginia Bowling, Kenneth Binder, Keith Binder and Alvin Binder.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Jones Binder; his daughter Karen Binder Moore (Rick) of London; and his granddaughters, Hannah Moore Hess (Logan) of Mt. Juliet and Caroline Moore Davis (Taylor) of Jacksonville, Florida.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
