He was predeceased by : his parents, Delbert Engle and Mae Lawson Smith; and his siblings, Clayton Engle, Amos Engle and Kay Engle.

He is survived by : his wife Patsy "Susie" Miller Engle; his stepfather James "Blue" Smith; his children, Barry Robinson (Kim) of East Bernstadt, KY, Jack Daniel Engle (Somer) of Gratis, OH, Chad Robinson (Candice) of London, KY, Charli Kimberlin (Allen) of Gratis, OH, Joshua Engle (Lindsay) of Middletown, OH, Kyle Robinson (Kelly) of East Bernstadt, KY, Tonya Spencer (Christopher) of Loveland, OH and John Carey (Holly) of Cincinnati, OH; his brother Delbert Engle Jr. (Marlene) of East Bernstadt, KY; his grandchildren, Kolten, Taylin, Triston, Audrey, Brooklynn, Taylor, Brennan, Benjamin, Ashton (Trent), Allie (Khris), Caden, Carli, Cooper, Carter, Skyler, Bailey, Miles, Camren and Myles; his great grandchild Jude; and his brothers, Kenny Peace and Nathan Grills.
