He is survived by: his wife Vicki Roberts Couch; his brother William "Billy" Couch (Sandra); his daughters, Kristi Couch Caldwell and Shanna Couch Holliday (Harry); his nephew James Douglas Couch II; his daughter Jen; his grandsons, Alexander James Caldwell (AJ) and Bennett Pierce Holliday; his stepgranddaughter Kylie Hensley; his niece Tegan Couch; his nephew Justin Edwards; and his close friends, Gary Waggoner and Bryan McCarty.
