He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Patrick, Sr. and Sylvania Ritchie; his wife Olga Cornett Patrick; and his siblings, Tommy Lynn Cornett, Billy Patrick, Cora Robbins and Jewel Everage.
He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Patrick; his granddaughter Chrissy Smith; and his siblings, Glenda Cook, Trela Cox of London, Golda Nickles (Bobby) of Jellico, Vergie Cook (Sammy) of Knott County, Charlie Patrick of Knott County, Grover Patrick, Jr. (Linda) of Milton, Roy Patrick of Milton and Bessie Robbins (Jim) of Mt. Vernon. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
