He is survived by : his mother Donna Hensley; his stepmother Kay Hubbard; and his siblings, Melinda Johnson of London, KY, Donna Cheek (Ronnie) of London, KY, Tammy Hubbard of London, KY and Corey York of Keavy, KY. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
