He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Smith and Gaytha Shell Smith. He is survived by: his children, Makayla Smith of London, KY and Austin Smith of St. Petersburg, FL; his siblings, Troy Smith (Missie) of London, KY, Jacqueline Herren (Walter) of London, KY and Melissa Creech (Edsel) of London, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Justin, Kendra, Kelsie, Dalton, Caitlyn, Blake, Liam, Greyson, Chloe, Grace, Tate and Madilyn.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM and at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses. Donations may be made in person, by phone, by mail or through the link on Randell's obituary on the House Rawlings website.
