She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Heringer; her parents, William Otis and Dorothy "Dolly" Dinkins; her siblings, Carol Horstmann, Bobby Ross Dinkins, Jimmy Dinkins and William "Bud" Dinkins; and her brothers-in-law, Don Horstmann and Arnold Ayers.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Shannon (Fred), Charles Partin (Joan), Bobby Partin (Joann) and Thomas Partin; and her siblings, Linda Jensen (Gary), Nancy Horning (David), Emily Ayers and Larry Dinkins (Jackie). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
