Owens; her son Dwayne Owens (Robin) of London, KY; her grandchildren, Scarlett Sexton (Jamie), Jessie Wilks (Kayla) and Robert Carl Jacob Owens (Ally); her great grandchildren, Katherine "Katie" Sexton, Tucker Lee Wilks, Walker Robert Grant Owens and Jace Tatum Wilks; and her sister Shirley Sullivan.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the House Rawlings Funeral Home (510 E 4th St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
