She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelby Ward and Alma Creech Ward; her husband Melvin Boggs; and her sisters, Laura Ward and Joanna Ward.
She is survived by: her daughter Melva Kay Pearce (Ray); and her grandson Tyler Pearce of London, Kentucky.. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
