She is survived by: her children, Richard Howard Jr. of London, KY, Daniel Hall of Berea, KY and Kristen Hall (Robert) of London, KY; her siblings, Susan King of Hoyleton, IL, Priscilla Odhner (Roy) of Alvarado, TX and Clark Helton (Ollie Sue) of Pennington Gap, VA; and her grandchildren, Layla Stephens and Skylar Stephens. She is also survived by her family and friends.
