He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Sullivan and Lizzie Hicks Sullivan; and his sister Shirley McGraw. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Webb of London; his children, Luckissa Caldwell (Dewey) of London and Roderick Sullivan of Gratis, Ohio; his siblings, Earleen Kirby of London, Tammy Sizemore of McCreary County, Diane Bowman of Indiana, Eugene Sullivan of London, Emery Ray Sullivan and Willard "Pete" Sullivan of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Brody Caldwell, Wyatt Caldwell, Cameron Caldwell, Caiyden Singleton and Serenity Sullivan.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
