He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Sizemore (Mike) of Lily, Kentucky.; his siblings, Bessie Cass of McClure and David Caldwell (Zelma) of London, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Michael Sizemore and Hannah Sizemore Billing. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
