She was predeceased by: her parents, Pryse Booth and Myrtle Larrison Booth; her husband Frank Hurley; her children, John Tipton, Josh Proffitt, Peggy Sue Tipton, Darrell Raymond Tipton and Gregory Keith Pelfrey; and her siblings, Edward Raymond Booth, Maxine Robbins, Delphia Tipton and Anita Pelfrey.
She is survived by: her children, Vonda Jones (Doug Root) of London and David Pelfrey (Tena) of Stanton, Kentucky; her sister Mollie Willoughby of Beatyville, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Alicia, Amberlee, Tiffany, Kellie and April.
