He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Brookie, Alex and Kenna; his mother Judy Ferrell; his sister Amie Rosenberger; his parents-in-law, Mike and Geneva Monhollen; and his sisters-in-law, Katie Meer and Kasey Faulkner (Rick). He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
