He is survived by: his mother Shelia Branham Tackett of East Bernstadt, Kentucky.; his sisters, Shawna Tackett of London and Tarah Johnson of Knoxville; his nieces, Megan Jade Tackett, Heidi Bentley, Isabella Bentley, Sophia Bentley, Scarlett Helton and Ava Johnson; and his pet Duke.
