He is survived by: his wife Vicky Darlene Greenwell; his children, Jonathon Samples of London, Katelin Samples of London and Pauline Willis (Curtis) of Corbin, Kentucky.; his siblings, David Samples (Tammy) of London and Katrina Samples of London; his grandchildren, Hailey Samples, Kali Samples and Olivia Samples; and his great grandchild Avery Samples.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bowling Funeral Home (1704 N Main St, London, KY 40741). A masonic service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Mill Springs National Cemetery (9044 KY-80, Nancy, KY 42544).
