She was predeceased by : her parents, George Cupp and Dora Paul Cupp; her daughter Tasha Pack; her brother John Cupp; and her son-in-law D. A. Inman.

She is survived by : her daughters, Amy Pack (Clifford Caldwell) of East Bernstadt and Jane Asher (Jake Siler) of Corbin, Kentucky; her siblings, Lois Carr of Corbin, Georgia Tye of Ohio and Glen Paul of Williamsburg, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Josephine Carroll, Printice Pack, Clifford Caldwell, Chandler Asher, Kahlan Asher, Abbigail Asher, Kylee Inman, Gunner Inman and Andi Inman; her siblings-in-law, Eb Smith and Joann Smith; and her nephew George Carr.

In lieu of flowers the family of Midge Helen Cupp Pack request that memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
