He is survived by: his children, Kaitlyn Butler (Michael) and Derrick Butler (Jazlyn); the mother of his children Claudia Hollin Butler of London, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Brayden Butler and Brooklyn Butler of London; and his siblings, Chester Younts (Shannon) of Manchester, Lisa Hutton (Tom) of Williamsburg, Ronnie Hensley of Gray, Doug Hensley (Melissa) of Michigan, Jimmy Hensley of Gray and Beverly Cox of Barbourville, Kentucky..
