She is survived by: her husband Donald Arthur; her mother Carol Smith; her children, Mindy Hinkle of London, KY, Daniel Arthur of London, KY, Donia Watson of Keavy, KY, Melissa Arthur of Florida and Donavon Arthur (Betsy) of Barbourville, KY; her siblings, Ralph Hinkle of Columbus, OH, Dwight Hinkle of Columbus, OH and Jesscina Hinkle of Columbus, OH; her grandchildren, Cayleb Hinkle, Autumn Rayne Lorman, Donavon Arthur, Devin Arthur, Daniel Arthur, Jerimiah Watson, Christian Watson and Elijah Arthur; and her nephews, Kevin Gray and Tony Hinkle. She is also survived by other cousins, family and friends.
