Creech (Kelly) of London, KY and Allison McCracken of London, KY; her sisters, Carol Daniels of Las Vegas, NV and Cindy Martin of Concord, AR; her grandchildren, Josh Westerfield (Tammy), Taylor Jade Shell, Jacob Taylor (Chelsea), Ella Taylor (Chance) and Chase Creech; her great grandchildren, Copelyn Taylor, Braydon May, Alexis Ward, Kaitlyn May, Dalton May and Taryn May; her nieces and nephews, Anne Long (Jimmy), Alexis Brett and Jay Brett; and her close friend Carl Perkins. She is also survived by her family, friends.
