She was predeceased by: her mother Wanda Phillips Johnson; and her brother James Brian Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Louie Smith; her father James Johnson Jr.; her sons, Nathan Lawson of London, KY and Logan Lawson of London, KY; and her siblings, Rebecca Johnson (William Smith) of Pittsburg, KY and Joseph Christopher Johnson of Pittsburg, KY.
