She is survived by: her children, Preston Purdy (Michelle) of Glasgow, Krystal Purdy (Allen Lawrence Jr.) of Avon and Johnna Adams (Rich Hammons) of Corbin; her stepchild Zach Bishop; her sisters, Shirley Day (Kenneth) of London, Maryann Hendrix (Daryl) of Williamsburg, Susie Day (Wayne) of Corbin, Pam Davidson (Brian) of London and Margie "Frannie" Grubb of Manchester, Kentucky; her grandchildren, John McVay, Zoey Sizemore, Elaina Kaye Havens-Hamilton, Ava Lawrence, Dea Hodge and Timothy Hodge; and her pets, Sissy and Roger Wagner. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
