She is survived by: her children, Mitchell Morgan, Michael Morgan, Joann Moore (Terry), Phyllis Collette (David) and Patrick Morgan (Kristy) of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Shawnethal Southard (Lee), Shawn Morgan, Christina Davis (Jason), Shane Collette (Christella), Phillip Morgan, Kristamina Hall and Kristman Morgan; her great grandchildren, Leaha, Mylee, Haley, Olivia, Colton, Alaric, Gavin, NessaMae and Gracie; her great great grandchild Nova; her in-laws, Carlos Morgan, Effie Muncy, Anita Morgan and Martha Morgan; her niece Lisa Tucker; and her caregivers, Michaela and Angela.
