She was predeceased by: her parents, Rennie Manning and Eileen Dunkle Manning; and her sister Kathy Moore. She is survived by: her husband Richard Hall; her children, Jason Hall (Sonya) of London, KY and Kristy Neice; her brother Ralph Manning (Pam); her grandchildren, Zack Neice, Gavin Hall, Maegan Neice, Jacob Hall and Kayleigh Hall; and her great grandchild Mason Hall.
