He is survived by: his wife Lynn Bolton Spurlock; his children, Leslie Spurlock Beasley (Ryan) of Nashville, TN and Willis Matthew Spurlock (Lori) of London, KY; his siblings, Danny Spurlock (Barbara) of Scottsville, KY, Pam Spears of Scottsville, KY, Tina Gentry (Craig) of Austin, KY, Eric Spurlock (Tracy) of Scottsville, KY, Jon Spurlock of Scottsville, KY and Rebecca Anderson (Brian) of Murfreesboro, TN; his grandchildren, Ally Marie Spurlock of London, KY and Bo Davis Beasley of Nashville, TN; and his stepgrandson Tyler Herrington of Scottsville, KY.
