He was predeceased by: his parents, C. F. Handy and Lou Handy (McCowan). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Sue Handy (Collier); his children, Dennie Beth Mills (Matt Mills) and Vinson Starr Handy (Amy Handy); his grandchildren, Mattie Mills, Eliza Mills, Collier Mills, Tanner Hamilton and Tucker Hamilton; his brother James Handy (Kathy Handy); and his friend Larry. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
