She is survived by: her children, Chester Holt (Katelyn) of London, Brianna Smith of London, Isaiah Smith of London, Carson Smith of London, Paisley Smith of London, Blake Smith of Manchester, Kentucky, Kara Smith of Manchester, Kentucky and Macey Smith of Manchester, Kentucky; her siblings, Austin Whittymore (Katelyn) of London, Kentucky and Donna Smith (Cody) of London, Kentucky; her uncle Charlie Dezarn of London, Kentucky; her aunts, Debra Hoskins of London and Peggy Woods of Manchester, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Hudson Holt and Ashlynn Serene Holt; her nephews, Easton Whittymore, Eli Whittymore and John Riley Frazier; her niece Ariel Smith; and her close friend Dena Collett. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
