She was predeceased by : her parents, Graham Vaughan and Sara Bates Hale; her nephew Lucas Graham Holt; and her brother-in-law Roger Roy. She is survived by : her siblings, Marilyn Hale Roy of Russell Springs, KY, Mary Ella Holt (Stephen) of Simpsonville, KY and Mark Hale (Tina) of Bowling Green, KY; her nieces, Beth Roy Rhea (Jim) and Brandi Holt; and her great-nephews, Cameron, Isaac Rhea, Jackson, Mason and Walker Jeffries.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. William Catholic Church (521 W 5th St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
